  • Who qualifies to join the Poiema Designer Trade Program?
    The Poiema Designer Trade Program provides discounts to interior designers, decorators, architects, set designers or stagers, home developers, builders and professionals with a valid business tax ID number.
  • How do I apply for membership?
    You can apply online here. Membership is contingent upon receipt of appropriate credentials listed below, and a completed application. Once we have processed your application, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing a discount code that can be applied right away to any purchase.
  • What are the appropriate application credentials?
    Valid Membership To A Major Design Organization (E.G. ASID, IIDA, AIA, NKBA, IDC) Business Or Resale License—Signed Resale Certificates Are Required For Each State Where You Seek Tax Exemption (U.S. Only) Business Card With Your Design Profession Interior Design Certification (E.G. NCIDQ, CCIDC)
  • How do I place an order using my trade discount?
    Visit us online at www.poiemadesignfirm.com, fill up that cart (trust us, it’s easy to do) and at checkout, enter your personal discount code! Your discount will be applied to all qualifying items! Orders and quote requests can also be made via email at hello@poiemadesignfirm.com. Please allow up to 24 hours for a response or feedback.
  • Is my trade discount available in store?
    Sure is! Just notify our shop babes and they’ll make sure it gets applied at checkout!
  • Is there a minimum order quantity?
    There is no minimum quantity or dollar amount necessary to place an order.
  • How can I get in touch with questions?

  • What is your return policy?
    Within 30 days of receiving your order, we are happy to issue a refund for any product with which you're not fully satisfied. After 30 days, we'll replace or refund your purchase against manufacturer's defects only. Returns are not allowed on any furniture pieces, special-order items, custom-upholstered pieces, or on items damaged through normal wear and tear.   • Are fabric and material samples available?
    PD Fabric samples are available at our shop here. Rug swatches are available for a fee; a refund will be issued if swatches are returned within 30 days. For level 1 and 2 members, please contact a design representative for additional information.
